We strive to serve our community by making STEM an open, inclusive, and accessible environment for all genders and races. Our vision for WiSE is to not only be a safe place for women in STEM, but also to help our members become strong, confident, and to push against the systematic patriarchy commonly found in STEM.
Our membership is open to all. We strive to provide a supportive network for Women pursuing STEM careers through programs at The University of Southern Mississippi. Our organization provides cash scholarships for member engagement and service on a yearly basis. We are a free organization to join and are always accepting new members.
