The Office of Leadership and Student Involvement creates a premiere student life experience by providing valuable opportunities for students to foster engagement, growth and belonging. Our office is home to more than 200 student organizations. We offer leadership development opportunities and oversee many campus-wide engagement efforts. We are also home to the Southern Miss Activities Council (SMAC), Golden Eagle Welcome Week (GEWW), and the UNV 100 first-year seminar.
