A Night of Thanksgiving and Hope

For decades, the Wesley building has been more than bricks and mortar. It has been a place where students encountered Jesus, discovered Christian community, answered God’s call, shared countless meals, and built friendships that have lasted a lifetime.
On Thursday, August 20, we invite students, alumni, ministry partners, local churches, neighbors, and friends of Wesley to gather for A Night of Thanksgiving and Hope.
This evening will be one final opportunity to be together in the current Wesley building before demolition begins. Rather than focusing on saying goodbye, we will celebrate God’s faithfulness, remember the lives that have been transformed through this ministry, and look ahead with hope as a new chapter begins.
Around the table, we will share a community meal provided through the generosity of local churches and ministry partners. We will worship together, hear stories from across the generations, pray over the future of Hub City Wesley, and spend time walking through the building one last time.
The building has served its purpose well. Now, together, we celebrate the past while trusting God with what comes next.
