ACES (All Connections Enhance Success) strives to provide incoming first-year students an opportunity to be part of one of the four Themed Learning Communities (TLCs) to have a close-knit peer group within the larger university setting, fostering direct connections with faculty and staff.
Some benefits of being part of a TLC includes: shadowing and networking opportunities, creating lasting friendships, connecting with like-minded people, and creating a more solid resume.
